Goodwill Hunting is an EP about both being broke and the broken state of hip hop. The Idea of Goodwill Hunting came to Vertual Vertigo as the hieght of the current recession came into affect. The Two Emcees (Vortex and Ezekiel) found themselves constantly digging in thrift stores instead of their past habbit of impulsivly buying sneakers and gear.
The EP talks about Current Government programs in IL, such as the "LINK CARD" an ode to the IL food stamp card. The Golden Era sound of Japandrews beats mixed with the duo's already 90's sounding flow, is very reminecent of 3rd Bass and De La Soul.
